Most orders received before 4:00 PM are shipped same day as we stock large quantities of everything we offer. Most orders received after 4:00 PM will ship the next business day. We are closed on all major holidays including Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Day.
To reduce theft of unattended packages, we require signature confirmation on orders above $200. Orders not received must be reported to Long’s Products within 14 days of delivery so that we may report the issue to the carrier. Tracking numbers are provided automatically by email once shipped and are also available by phone during normal business hours.
Shipping Days are Monday thru Friday
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 4:00 PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time; however, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to make your shopping experience with Long’s Products as memorable and positive as possible. We accept returns only on new, unopened and unused products. Items delivered to the customer defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the RA has been issued, please return the items back to us. Products returned without an RA will be returned back to the customer. Please also be sure to include a copy of your receipt so that we may identify the order.
The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back, less any shipping cost incurred to ship your order.
The client will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For your protection, always keep your return tracking number on hand in case your package gets stolen or lost during shipping. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
